Refund and Returns Policy

1. Original Artwork
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned in original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty
2. Print-on-Demand Products (Printify)
As these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item is damaged
The item is defective
You received the wrong item
If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalised items
Items returned in used or damaged condition (unless faulty)
5. Cancellations
Orders for original artwork can be cancelled within 24 hours
Print-on-demand orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
